We currently have some openings in the Monday evening class, Tuesday mornings and Wednesday morning classes. If you have been considering trying a class, now is the time to do it!
Our Monday evening instructor, Kathy Hildebrandt, now has her own signature set of pastels! These are made by Richeson and are very nice soft pastels. Kathy has selected a 40 half stick set of pastels and they have printed one of her pieces on the box along with her signature!
These can be purchased at Mona Lisa's art supplies here in Calgary.
Two of our instructors have won awards at the Federation of Canadian Artists show coming up this weekend, Oct 21 at Edgemont Communtiy Centre. Kathy Hildebrandt won first place and Amanda Crozier won second place! Come oout and see all the Art Work.
Our 9th season is now in full swing. There are still spots available in the Wednesday morning class, the other clkasses are all full. If you are interested you can start at anytime, no need to wait for the beginning of a month.
We are getting for a new season of painting. Classes start Sept 18th. There are still a couple of spots available, but some classes are full.
Our student Art Show will be on Sunday, June 11th this year.
